Select a builder that will accommodate your budget and someone who is familiar with the zoning laws, including obtaining permits. Do your research on different general contractors to make sure your new home gets all the attention it needs! If you're looking for a custom built home, ensure the builder has experience and is successful in the past.
Building your home from the ground up, you have full control. Opposed to buying an already built home, you do not have options such as countertops, cabinets, flooring, fixtures, and the list goes on. Building a brand new homes comes with many PERKS!
